In 2010, 14 year old Laura Decker decided to conquer the seas with her sailing boat, in an attempt to become the youngest person who has just made the round of the earth. The Maidentrip, an upcoming feature-length documentary follows the journey of a 14 year old from Holland, mainly through the footage filmed while she was at sea. Away from family and without support Team Decker goes where the wind goes.
