…developing and customizing WordPress & Expression CMS from zero by using architectural approaches for the best possible CMS’s stability & performance. Every site I build is hand-coded with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and compiled & validated with tools such as Node.js, NPM, Gulp, SASS, PHP composer, Git-Flow, WordMove. All projects are based on designs that I have created or are given to me by other designers. My development experience allows me to ensure that every website is pixel perfect, fast, responsive, cross browser compatible and accessible for users and search engines.

I have a strong preference for an agile process & close collaboration with software developers & designers, and my experience allows me to communicate with engineers in order to find innovative solutions.

About my portfolio

This website has been built from scratch by developing a custom WordPress Theme from zero. This is Version 1.1 and there are a couple more features that I’m working on for V1.2. (Greenshock,Angular)

The front-end code is handled through HTML5, CSS3 and jQuery.

The back-end is handled through WordPress, is developed with care & respect to WP Codex and with powerful plugins for the best possible back-end architecture. For example:

  • Advanced Custom Fields PRO
  • Contact Form 7
  • Nested Pages

It has been tested on all the basic market browsers such as:

Safari, Firefox, Chrome, Opera, IE10+

The CSS has been written in SASS with a main focus on Android & iOS Smartphones and Tablets.

The JS has been validated with JShint, and the jQuery plugins I’m using are: LazyLoad, jQuery Cookie, Swipebox and History.js.

The mark up has been validated, optimized and tested with the help of:
